It's struggling to get through all the water this morning with the early high tide. Knee/thigh high and semi-clean with a breeze dominantly out of the North for now. As the tide drops it should start to show a little more punch. A cold front just west of the region is pushing a line of moderate thunderstorms across the area early this morning and will gradually push through over the next couple hours. Spotty showers and storms are possible through the remainder of the day as the front moves offshore and becomes stationary. See the forecast discussion below to check out the wave and weathercast.
